Commemorating World Hearing Day 2024 and World Down Syndrome Day 2024 which both fell in March, Regional Commission of Hearing Impairment and Deafness Management (Komda PGPKT) Bali and Indonesian Society of Otorhinolaryngology head and Neck Surgery (PERHATI-KL) Bali-NTT participated in the Unity in Diversity (UID) Workshop with the theme: "Pathways to Inclusion - Marking World Down Syndrome Day to End the Stereotypes". This activity was organized by Unity in Diversity (UID) Bali Campus, which also collaborated with PIK POTADS Bali on Sunday, March 3 2024 at UID Bali Campus - Kura Kura Bali, Jl. Kura Kura No.1, Serangan, South Denpasar.

 

This event includes an Art Therapy Workshop, fun activities, and free ear cleaning for people with Down Syndrome. Representing Komda PGPKT and PERHATI-KL Bali-NTT, dr. Ni Putu Oktaviani Rinika Pranitasari, M. Biomed., Sp THTBKL together with ENT Resident dr. Samuel and dr. Indra, who also participated in this activity. This event was also attended by Mr. Tantowi Yahya, the President of the UID Foundation.
